COMPETITION RULES – “INNOVATION WITH VIRTUAL REALITY TECHNOLOGY 2025”

• Target Audience: All students of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and university students in Technology, Communication, and Journalism programs.

General Regulations:

• Entries must be original products created by the author or author group and must not have been submitted to any other competition.
• Authors are solely responsible for product copyright in accordance with law. If copyright infringement is detected after awards are announced, the Organizing Committee will cancel the results, revoke the awards, and assume no liability for copyright disputes.
• Content must align with Vietnamese culture, ethics, and fine traditions, with no illegal material (e.g., obscene content or anti-state material).
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to use submitted products for promotional and media purposes related to the competition without prior notice to participants.

Product Content:

• Demonstrate creativity in applying Virtual Reality (VR) technology to solve practical real-world problems in areas such as education, communication, entertainment, healthcare, tourism, and science-technology.
• Utilize VR to convey humanistic messages, raise community awareness, or create engaging interactive experiences.
• Introduce ideas, models, or products with practical applicability that reflect an innovative vision in the context of digital transformation and international integration.
• Highlight students’ research spirit, design, programming, and digital content creation abilities, especially the integration of technology with communication, journalism, and multimedia.

Product Formats: Products can be submitted in one of the following formats:

• Application software installed on PCs, smart devices, VR headsets, etc.
• Multimedia products (Infographic, Longform, Podcast, video clip, short film, etc.) used to convey the concept/content.
• Priority is given to products that can be presented, experienced, or published on digital platforms (PC, mobile, VR/AR headsets).

Submission Guidelines:

• Register individually or in teams of up to 5 members.
• Submit full registration information: Full name, class, university, email, phone number, a brief product description (max 1,000 words), and a downloadable product link (set to editable access).
