The Multimedia Technology major was first introduced for training in Vietnam in 2011 at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology.With over a decade of training, the Multimedia Technology program at PTIT has consistently been the number one training provider in this field.
The Multimedia Technology academic program offers 2 specializations: Multimedia Application Development and Multimedia Design.
PTIT is proud to be the first university environment in the country to offer a specialization in Multimedia Communications.
It is one of the Institute’s “spearhead” (flagship) academic disciplines, and also one of the “hottest” majors with the highest “demand for human resources” in today’s society.
Digital Journalism is a pioneering direction in training journalists for the technological era, helping students understand and master the skills of journalistic writing and news production on digital platforms. The curriculum equips students with knowledge in multimedia journalism production, the application of technology in journalistic operations, and methods to attract readers in a digital environment. The Digital Journalism major is for those who are passionate about the journalism profession, adaptable to digitalization trends, and desire to build a personal brand on modern digital media platforms.
