On the morning of September 16, 2025, at the exhibition held during the Conference on Implementing 04 Party Resolutions, the booth of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) was honored to welcome General Secretary To Lam.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, President of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, directly introduced General Secretary To Lam to technological products researched and developed by PTIT, particularly artificial intelligence (AI) applications in education – a testament to the Institute’s innovative efforts to bring advanced technology into training and scientific research.

The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), under the Ministry of Science and Technology, is a key national university in engineering and technology. The Institute has pioneered the development of an educational AI ecosystem, featuring: AI tutors to support high school students, especially beneficial in remote areas; an AI-powered Vietnamese learning platform aimed at preserving and promoting Vietnamese language and culture globally; an AI application to build a language training institute for the hearing impaired; as well as STEM systems and school AI programs developed by PTIT to help children gain early access to strategic technologies.

In alignment with Resolution 71, the Institute is implementing a multilingual, multi-platform, personalized Global Digital University model managed by AI to spread Vietnamese knowledge worldwide. PTIT is currently forming an alliance to deploy the DeepEdu Vietnam project – a Vietnamese Large Language Model (LLM) tailored for education.

In parallel, PTIT has also developed core technologies such as low-altitude radar, private 5G networks, autonomous underwater robots, transmission security systems, and IoT chips for agriculture.

This event is not only a great honor for PTIT’s faculty and students, but also reaffirms the Institute’s pioneering position in educational digital transformation and the development of high-quality human resources for the country.
