On the afternoon of November 18, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) hosted the talk show “Communicating Your Personal Identity,” attracting more than 200 students. The event delivered practical insights into building a personal brand and developing a unique voice within the digital media landscape.

The talk show featured Đức Anh Reddy, a podcaster, marketer, and multimedia creator, as well as the founder and director of a company specializing in podcast production and influencer marketing. With more than seven years of experience in media, advertising, and entertainment, he shared practical stories from his journey of building a personal brand and creating content for digital platforms.

During the event, students explored how to identify and develop their personal identity, build a professional image aligned with their career goals, and make effective use of digital platforms to share their content. Reddy’s hands-on advice regarding podcasting, marketing, and cross-platform creation provided attendees with a solid framework for their own professional development. 

The Q&A session was highly engaging, with students raising questions about starting a podcast, building a personal brand, and overcoming challenges in content creation. The event provided students with practical knowledge and experience to confidently develop their personal identity throughout their academic and professional journeys.
