On September 19, 2024, the Multimedia Faculty of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) held its 2024 Freshman Welcome Gala Night under the theme “SKYBOUND 2024: Take Flight, Reach New Heights.” The event welcomed the new D24 cohort and marked the beginning of their academic journey and experiences at the Faculty.

The event brought together Faculty leaders, representatives from partner organizations, lecturers, and students from the Multimedia Faculty. Inspired by the image of a flight taking off, the program conveyed a message of new beginnings, encouraging freshmen to explore new opportunities, develop their potential, and pursue their goals in a dynamic learning environment.  

A highlight of the program was a series of musical performances by lecturers and students of the Multimedia Faculty, creating an energetic atmosphere while providing new students with an opportunity to connect with the Multimedia community. Each performance showcased the talents and creativity of the students while contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the event. The image of lecturers and students sharing the same stage, interacting with one another and engaging with the audience reflected the spirit of unity, openness, and connection within the Faculty’s creative learning environment.

The special appearances of artists 14 Casper and Bon Nghiêm added another memorable highlight to the program. Performing popular songs such as “Bao tiền một mớ bình yên” and “Có ai ở đây không?”, the two artists brought an energetic and engaging musical experience to the audience, creating memorable moments and strengthening the emotional connection throughout the event.

The 2024 Freshman Welcome Night came to a close with many memorable moments, marking the first takeoff of new D24 students at the Multimedia Faculty. The Organizing Committee sincerely thanks the distinguished guests, lecturers, partners, artists, and students for their support and participation in creating a meaningful and vibrant event.

With the message “SKYBOUND 2024 – Take Flight, Reach New Heights,” the Gala Night not only welcomed D24 students as new members of the Multimedia Faculty community but also marked the beginning of a journey filled with opportunities for learning, exploration, and personal growth. From this first takeoff, new students are encouraged to actively develop their abilities, nurture their creativity, and pursue new goals throughout their university journey.
