On the evening of October 2, 2025, at Hall A2 of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), the Faculty of Multimedia Freshman Welcome Program 2025 took place in a vibrant atmosphere, attracting more than 700 students from both within and outside the Institute. The program was honored to welcome distinguished delegates, representatives of partner organizations and enterprises, leaders of the Faculty, centers and functional departments, lecturers, D25 freshmen, and a large number of students from different cohorts.
With the theme “MULTIVERSE EXPLORERS – EMBARKING ON A JOURNEY INTO THE MULTIMEDIA UNIVERSE,” the music night was more than simply a welcome event; it marked the beginning of a new journey of growth and exploration for D25 freshmen.

Inspired by the concept of a “multiverse,” the program creatively conveyed the idea of a limitless space for creativity, where technology, communications, and the arts intersect and blend together. Each freshman was portrayed as an “explorer,” ready to embark on a new journey with curiosity, confidence, and the aspiration to establish their own identity.
The program featured 15 distinctive performances, carefully staged and diverse in genre, ranging from singing and modern dance to performance art and interactive activities. Each performance not only showcased the talent and creativity of the students but also contributed to the colorful and dynamic atmosphere of the night. One of the highlights was the group performance of “What Makes You Beautiful,” jointly presented by lecturers and students.
More than just a musical performance, it became a meaningful moment of connection as a large number of students joined the performers on stage and sang together. The sight of lecturers and students sharing the same stage, interacting with one another and exchanging energy with the audience, strongly reflected the spirit of unity, openness, and connection within a creative learning environment.
In addition, the carefully staged performance recreating elements of the traditional Vietnamese lên đồng (hầu đồng) spirit mediumship ritual left a lasting impression on the audience. The combination of traditional cultural elements, music, costumes, and stage effects created a striking performance space, clearly demonstrating the students’ artistic identity and professional coordination skills.

The group performance of “What Makes You Beautiful,” presented by lecturers and students, energized the auditorium, strengthened the sense of connection, and encouraged a large number of students to join in singing on stage.
The program also featured guest performances by singers Minh Tốc and Lam, who brought an energetic and engaging atmosphere to the event. Their appearance further enlivened the night, added an exciting highlight to the freshman welcome program, and left many memorable impressions on the students.
The “MULTIVERSE EXPLORERS – EMBARKING ON A JOURNEY INTO THE MULTIMEDIA UNIVERSE” program concluded with many memorable highlights. The Organizing Committee would like to express its sincere gratitude to the distinguished delegates, lecturers, guests, alumni, sponsors, and especially all students who accompanied and contributed to creating such a memorable event. The echoes of “Multiverse Explorers” will remain as a cherished memory from the very beginning of the students’ university journey.
The Faculty of Multimedia Freshman Welcome Program 2025 was not only an official welcome for D25 students as they became part of the Faculty of Multimedia community, but also an affirmation of the spirit of creativity, connection, and continuous exploration. Through the event, freshmen were able to experience a strong sense of community while gaining inspiration for a dynamic academic journey in which every individual has the opportunity to grow and express their own potential.
