On April 4, 2026, the Open Day 2026 event of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) took place in a vibrant atmosphere, attracting thousands of high school students and parents, especially those from specialized high schools across Northern Vietnam. Far beyond a regular annual event, this year’s PTIT Open Day truly served as an important touchpoint where thousands of prospective students gathered to seek information in preparation for the upcoming university admissions season and launch their journey of shaping their own futures.

Starting as early as 7:00 AM, the check-in area and the Main Hall at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology were packed with students born in 2008 (2K8) and their parents attending the program. Most candidates came to PTIT seeking in-depth guidance on key spearhead majors driving the market in the era of digital transformation, among which media and multimedia emerged as one of the areas receiving immense interest from high school students.

At the interactive experience space hosted by the Multimedia Faculty, a team of experienced lecturers directly accompanied visitors, delivering updated information on 2026 admissions methods, academic trends, and attractive scholarship policies. Replacing vague choices with clarity, students and parents had the opportunity to access in-depth, clear, and practical perspectives for the crucial decision lying ahead of the candidates.

A series of hands-on activities, including video production and editing, exploring technological products, and interacting with lecturers and university students, delivered a highly engaging “open classroom”. Rather than simply listening and imagining, high school students directly participated in “real trial – authentic experience”, allowing them to envision their field of study and targeted career path with far greater clarity.

The energetic atmosphere, continuous conversations, and proactive exploration of the 2K8 generation created a picture full of vitality. This not only reflected the immense pull of the technology-media sectors, but also demonstrated the sharp adaptability of the younger generation facing the rapid shifts of the era. PTIT Open Day 2026 thus went beyond a simple campus tour event to become a true journey of discovery. There, every student had the chance to “touch” the university environment, gain a accurate understanding of their chosen field, and step by step determine the choice best suited to themselves.
